Arrived in San Antonio late yesterday afternoon. We're staying here, a beautiful old hotel that some say is haunted. I've not run into any ghosts...yet. Having to get used to the sights and sounds of the city.
Nothing but large buildings for our view and the sound of loud city buses constantly in the background.
Over the weekend, I knit these...
which when sewn together became this cute teddy.
From the book The Knitted Teddy Bear. To be donated to The Preemie Project.
Oh gosh, how adorable. :)

ReplyDeleteToo cute. I really think that I need to get that book. You knit the absolute cutest things.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely adorable!
ReplyDeletewhat a cute teddy! You are going to make a set of parents SO very happy. Bless you! I STILL want that book. ugh! I will have to find it somewhere and ask santa for it. =0)
ReplyDeleteI love how those funny-looking pieces end up to be a teddy bear. Enjoyed your new hat week. My favorite was the seed stitch 'muffin' hat.
ReplyDeleteHow darling! That bear is so cute. I have that book and I am going to have to check out that pattern. I used to travel to quite a bit when I had a job were I was working 20 hours a day. San Antonio was one of the places and that very hotel I stayed at quite a few times. It creeped me out the first time and after that I made sure I was so tired I would fall asleep quickly. I would sometimes go down to the river walk and sit and read. That was before knitting, smile.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite bear so far!
