Putting some of that new yarn to use already. Easy pattern, simple stitch, great yarn: a good combination for enjoyable, mindless knitting.

Cute hats! And that chenille is such a pretty color green!
ReplyDeleteThe Homestead is in such a beautiful setting. How fun to have a deer discover you in hiding!
ReplyDeleteThe hats are darling, as usual.
The deer are beautiful and I enjoyed seeing those photos.
ReplyDeleteSuch cute little hats!
ReplyDeleteI've made a couple washcloths with that cotton chenille and they've held up very well.
I love your deer pics. I am always so excited to see deer in the neighborhood when we visit my parents in Northern California. My mother, however, who for some reason doesn't appreciate them eating all of her flowers, does not appreciate them too much:)
ReplyDeleteYour hats are always so cute! I can imagine that the deer did startle you, kind of exciting though :o)
ReplyDeleteI am sure you will do well in the contest. I wish I had something to submit, but maybe next year. I love the deer pictures. It's nice that you got to be so close. They seem like such sweet but shy creatures.
ReplyDeleteNice knitting! I love that pic of the deer that came around the corner. He does look a bit surprised.
ReplyDeleteThe hats are so sweet!! Looks like ice cream colors! Oh deer..love the pictures of the bucks!
ReplyDeleteThe hats are precious, and I love the wildlife photos. Those animals look BIG!
