January is a month to reflect on the year just past; a time to set goals for the year to come. There is a sense of renewal and optimism unique to this month. Nothing seems too big to accomplish. Though the weather can be gray and dreary, January always feels new and fresh to me. It's a month I look forward to.

  1. The picture is amazing. You have a very positive way of looking at the deariest month of the year. I need to look at it this way, too.

  3. What a stunning photo! It's always hard for me to see the beauty in this time of year, I love your attitude. I'm inspired to go out and see if I can't see some of that beauty, too. Hmm, maybe it's so hard to see because I'm spending so much time indoors.

  6. Beautiful scene, and you captured it so well!

I like January. It always feels a bit like peace after the holiday rush, as well as that anticipation of what is to come.

The scarf and Caloremity look great! I thought I had commented on that and other things and I must just think the comments and not get them typed.
