Preemie Booties

Image hosted by Photobucket.com
This is now my favorite preemie bootie pattern. I used baby fingering yarn and size 3 needles to get the size I wanted. Even though fingering yarn is tiny, I didn't find it hard to work with and I like the delicate look of the finished fabric. These shoes go with the gown and hat pictured in my previous post.

  1. Those turned out very nice. You are doing such beautiful work. I love the crisp blue ribbon against the soft white look of the yarn.

  3. This whole outfit is just adorable. Don't know which piece I like best, but the hat might win. The angel pattern is incredible. Guess I'll have to try one. Since I still have not tried the dpn's, guess the booties will have to wait. The Preemie Project is blessed to have you.
